PERSONAL PROFILE

I am a highly trained Executive Chef and business owner with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. I thrive under pressure with a passion for Ecuadorian/Latin food via a series of signature dishes inspired by my South American culture and experiences. I enjoy building a team to deliver a common goal, train them and support them to develop. My aim is to give customers an unforgettable dining experience, bringing the best of South American warm hospitality.

 

Private events:

Project: National Geographic Travel Food Festival, July 2023

Services: Creation, preparation, and presentation of cold and hot canapes for 100 guests over the 2-day event with 2 other Ecuadorian chefs. The event being sponsored by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Tourism. I presented in a Masterclass at the event and organised a pop-up with special guests at my establishment in Islington.

 

Project: Private Wedding, April 2023

Services: Creation, preparation, and presentation of gluten-free and vegan cold and hot canapes for 700 guests highlighting Latin American food, alongside chefs hired especially to prepare food from around the world.
